How does this work?
Follow the directions on the website to purchase your package. Then, when your order is processed, we will send you your reservations form. You are now ready to request your dates for your vacation. The reservation is based upon availability. Date request must be for no sooner than 30 days from the date received by the agency.

Which hotel do I stay in?
You stay at the Royal Islander Resort in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. This is a 3 star property with a large pool, nightclub, restaurants on property, activities desk, and a free shuttle to the gorgeous beaches. Upgrade hotels/condos on the beach are available.

What about the cruise?
You will sail on Discovery Cruise Lines from Ft Lauderdale, FL to Grand Bahama Island. This is a six hour cruise with free breakfast and lunch buffets on the way to the island and free dinner buffet on the way back. This is a regular type cruise ship with casino, pool, and lots of activities and entertainment!!!

How Can the Travel Agency Get These Hotel Deals?
Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

Why Can't I Just Call a Toll-Free Number To Book My Room?
If you want to pay full price for hotel rooms, you can always call a regular travel agency. You can have long conversations and debate the merits of various hotels in different cities. In order for this travel agency to operate on its slim profit margin, the agency must control the amount of time used by employees on any single reservation. This saving is passed along to you as part of this offer. For this reason, you must follow the directions provided to you.

Can I bring a friend??
Yes! The package is good for 2 adults, age 18 or older. Children are welcome at a reduced rate of $99 per child!.

Can we go with another couple?
We do not guaruntee group travel. Two couples could each individually purchase the same dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up getting the same dates. You may request it when you make your reservations with the Travel Agency, but it is not guaranteed.

What Is My Total Cost For This Package?
The above price includes, $15 hotel tax per adult, per night (ages 12 and up), $55 per person port charge. Please remember that the above price does not include $10 port security tax which is paid at the port In Fort Lauderdale.

Do I Have To Attend Any Sales Presentation To Receive This Offer?
Absolutely not. You have no obligation other than to have a good time.

What Happens After I make my purchase online?
You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 7 to 10 days after we process your purchase. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests.

Do We Have To Buy Transportation From Exotika Imports Travel?
You are not required to purchase transportation from Exotika Imports Travel however, it is recommended. You can make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.

Are There Any Times When I Can't Travel?
There are no blackout periods, however you must send in your date request no less than 30 days before you would like to travel. You will be asked for two travel date choices. For cruise and stay packages we can book with as little as 2-3 weeks advance notice, based on availability. For holidays, plan well in advance-more than 60 days, as these trips are based on space availability.

Group travel is not guaranteed.30 - 60 days advance notice for booking is required. Upgrades and extended stays are available for an additional charge. Vacations are based on double occupancy. The vacations are good for 2 adults (18 or older). Children are welcome at a reduced rate of $99 per child! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
